About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Agent to join our team at Exoticca. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations for Exoticca products.
  • Apply best practices to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Deal with customer requests, complaints, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in other languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous contact center experience in the travel industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM systems.
