We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work 2 days a week on-site at our modern offices and 3 days remotely from home. As a Sales Representative, you will represent world-class Google products, engaging with Norwegian-speaking customers and helping them find the right solutions for their business needs. We provide full training and a supportive environment to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers in the Norwegian-speaking market, introducing them to Google products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on how Google solutions can benefit their business.
  • Support senior sales representatives in managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Google's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and other internal teams to provide comprehensive support for customers.
  • Accurately track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.

What We Offer:

We offer an attractive salary package that rewards your efforts and performance. Based on industry standards and the cost of living in Barcelona, we estimate the salary to be around €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good level of English for internal communication and training purposes
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required – we provide comprehensive training for candidates at all levels
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about Google products and how they can benefit businesses
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
