Customer Success Partner Advisor

SAP is a global leader in enterprise software, driving innovation and customer success. We're seeking a Specialized Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) to guide our Digital Supply Chain customers through their journey with our solutions.
About the RoleAs an S-CSM, you'll work closely with our Digital Supply Chain customers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your goal will be to maximize the value of their partnership with SAP by building strong relationships and helping them achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop go-to-market strategies for your assigned customer base, focusing on retention risk and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage renewal cycles across customers in your portfolio, ensuring visibility into renewal data and collaborating with senior management as needed
- Identify critical customer accounts and establish programs to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results
- Work with Product Marketing to deliver engaging sessions and communicate effectively with customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, services, or solution/product management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in German and English
- Experience in supply chain management and line of business knowledge across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing
