We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Commercial Excellence Director to join our team at Jordan Martorell S.L. in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive commercial excellence and performance across the Veterinary business unit.

About the Job

The Veterinary Commercial Excellence Director will be responsible for developing and executing a standardized commercial execution framework to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Vet Field Force operating model. Key objectives include identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in vet commercial processes, tools, and strategies, implementing initiatives to drive sales excellence, and establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate commercial initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Commercial Excellence Strategy Framework to ensure the best customer experience for healthcare professionals and drive superior Vet Field Force execution.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in vet commercial processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Implement and monitor initiatives to drive sales excellence and achieve business goals.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the adoption and effective use of Veeva CRM for better business analytics.

Your Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or relevant commercial experience, preferably in the Vet/Specialist pet food or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in defining and implementing commercial excellence initiatives and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technologies (Salesforce/Veeva).
  • Strong training, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
