Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to design and administer strategic reward programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the merit and bonus payout process, ensuring accurate computation, tracking, and payment of these programs.
- Manage local compensation and benefits survey participation to obtain market data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate local Human Resources teams on best practices in compensation and benefits management.
- Manage audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the administration of compensation and benefits.
