Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives.

- Oversee the merit and bonus payout process, ensuring accurate computation, tracking, and payment of these programs.
- Manage local compensation and benefits survey participation to obtain market data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
