Job Title: Junior Account Manager - Digital Sales (Danish Speaking)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our Digital Sales team in Barcelona. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our SME clients, understanding their needs and goals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business landscapes and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Service Delivery: Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Rewal Strategy: Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals.
  • Escalation Resolution: Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.
  • Account Coverage: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Data-driven Sales: Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Danish and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sales and commitment to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn IT topics and have good business acumen.
