About the Role
As a Digital Sales Representative at Autodesk, you will play a key part in helping our customers achieve their goals through a seamless digital buying experience. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from our office spaces or remotely, with occasional attendance at office-based meetings or workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and transact business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs.
- Qualify and map important partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals.
- Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
- Create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
- Manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with sales and a passion for learning.
- Fluent English, Italian, and French speaker.
- Outbound calling experience.
- Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
- Team player.
- Ability to cooperate with other teams.
- Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus.
- Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus.
