We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our initial pilot training sales team. The sales team is responsible for handling client requests and driving active sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming inquiries and providing information to clients via phone, virtual meetings, and email.
  • Presenting the company's services to customers and providing in-depth market knowledge and career counselling.
  • Participating in exhibitions, open days, conferences, webinars, and seminars in Lithuania and abroad.
  • Analysing client needs, planning meetings, collecting feedback, and making further sales.
  • Preparing contracts according to the company's standard forms and agreeing on contract conditions with clients.
  • Performing administrative duties related to client journeys, including contract preparation and agreement on conditions, specific document verification, and KYC form initiation.
  • Providing client support prior to onboarding, including accommodation, visa questions, medical checks, and working according to approved company processes.
Requirements:
  • More than two years of experience in aviation, sales, and dealing with client requests.
  • Experience in customer service and a service-minded attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, including formal but pleasant communication with positive energy.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English at an effectively operational and independent level, with French or Italian language skills being an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 or basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with flexibility and good time management skills.
