For the next challenge, we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Sales Professional to join our team at AVIAREPS.

About the role:

  • Support the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase profitability, working autonomously and proactively to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry through regular sales calls, tailored to specific airline targets, as well as organizing sales blitz events and virtual meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions to promote our brand and services.

    About you:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, travel agency, or tour operator sales or a related field.
    • Strong network in the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of GDS Amadeus, eSmash & Sabre ADI being desirable.
    • Willingness to travel as required, with the ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods and propose new sales tools to clients.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and initiatives to maximize business impact, with excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish & English, and other languages being a plus.
    • Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
