As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth and providing daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth.
  • Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, travel agency, tour operator sales, or related field.
  • Good network in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of GDS Amadeus, eSmash & Sabre ADI is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods, processes and propose new sales tools to clients to improve results.
  • Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives/actions will have the greatest business impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish & English; other languages are a plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multi-task.
