Break new ground and shape the future of business networking with Management Events. We're building a dynamic, results-oriented team in our Barcelona office, and you could be a founding member. As an International Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of helping partner companies grow by working with B2B sales processes from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing customer relationships.

This role involves:

  • Prospecting for and filtering potential new customers to build your client portfolio
  • Initiating contact with potential new customers through calls, LinkedIn, and emails
  • Qualifying potential customers and evaluating whether they possess the qualities that make them suitable for our service
  • Solution selling and advising customers on our solution to their problem, highlighting the value of meetings with C-level decision-makers
  • Closing sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
Your Success Factors

You'll succeed in this role if you have:

  • Excellent English, additional European languages are an advantage
  • A proven track record of B2B service sales
  • A passion for reaching targets and seeing results
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the urge to attract new potential clients
  • Consultative sales skills, great argumentation skills, and the ability to listen
  • Great social and co-operational skills
  • A high energy level and a can-do attitude, readiness to take on challenges and grow with us
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. This includes:

  • €50,000 - €60,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience
  • Private health insurance
  • 12 extra days off per year, in addition to annual holidays
