Job Description
The International Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Manager of Business Development and Plasma Affairs. This includes advancing business development initiatives, managing plasma-related projects, and handling administrative tasks, event planning, and travel coordination. As a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities, you will excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting presentations, proposals, and contracts for business opportunities;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and goals;
- Assisting with documentation and reporting on plasma-related activities;
- Managing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases;
- Serving as a key point of contact for correspondence related to business development and plasma affairs;
- Preparing expense reports, managing invoices, and assisting with other duties assigned;
- Supporting the manager of the department on any project needed and related to business development and plasma affairs.
Event and Travel Support:
- Coordinating events such as meetings, conferences, and trade shows related to business development and plasma affairs;
- Arranging travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and transportation as needed;
- Handling event planning from venue selection to execution, ensuring all logistics run smoothly;
- Managing travel expenses reports and post-event evaluations.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
