Recruitment Coordinator for Marriott International

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Marriott International, you will play a key role in the organization and delivery of recruitment processes. This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Management team in achieving and exceeding goals outlined in the Human Resources and Hotel Business Plan.
About the RoleThis position requires a consistent high standard of service to meet or exceed the needs of colleagues as and when required to enable business success. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Assist colleagues with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
- Monitor and assist managers / supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
- Maintain applicant flow, orientation and transfer request logs.
- Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of all colleague records and files, including interview documents. Additionally, you will support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary.
About YouWe are looking for an individual who is able to inform Human Resources management of issues related to colleague relations within the division or property. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will create and maintain filing systems and generate Human Resources data reports as necessary.
Requirements:- You must be able to answer phone calls and record messages, as well as create and type office correspondence using computer.
- As a subject matter expert, you will participate on project teams and train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies and information systems.
- You will follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- You must be able to speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other colleagues.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
