About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Director Enterprise Sales to lead the growth of our Big Pharma segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a $10M+ book of business, growing relationships with existing clients, and executing projects within the Big Pharma segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into large Pharma companies, running an efficient sales process.
  • Maintain, build, and own relationship maps for your territory, including existing and aspirational contacts.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with Research, Client Solutions, and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts and MSAs with clients and internal legal teams, ensuring satisfaction with agreement terms.
  • Negotiate favourable pricing and business terms with senior-level executives at large enterprises by selling business value and ROI.
  • Coordinate with other teams, including Client Services, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges.
  • Have an intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation.
  • Identify robust sets of business drivers behind all opportunities.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and forecasting consistency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of closing experience, with a mix of field selling in mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Driven sales professional with direct sales goals of $1M+ and average deal sizes of $100k+.
  • Able to demonstrate methodology for prospecting and building pipeline independently.
  • Experience working in an agency providing services to Pharma or MedDev industries.
  • Ability to sell into large Pharma organisations and win new logos.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
