Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a founding member of our rapidly growing B2B organization, you will play a key role in helping our partner companies grow through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities- Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential new customers to build your client portfolio.
- Initiating Contact: Establish connections with potential new customers through targeted outreach.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and advise on our solutions to drive growth and success.
- Closing Sales: Collaborate with customers to close deals and develop long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English and full professional proficiency in German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Proven Track Record: Successful experience in B2B service sales, with a strong focus on reaching targets and driving results.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to identify new business opportunities and attract potential clients.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Excellent argumentation skills, active listening, and social skills.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
