We are Games Workshop, a vibrant and modern company based in the heart of Barcelona. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join our team.



Job Summary


This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping businesses grow their sales by offering expert advice and managing product ranges. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with independent retailers, advising them on the best products to suit their business needs, and driving growth with our client base across Europe.



About You


To succeed in this role, you should possess strong relationship-building skills, excellent customer service and time management abilities, high-level multitasking and organisational skills, and proven ability to influence clients and grow sales. A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is also required.



Key Responsibilities



  • Making weekly calls to independent retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock
  • Advising retailers on the best products to suit their business needs and helping them maximise sales opportunities
  • Building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with customers
  • Conducting stock checks and ensuring timely reorders of sold items
  • Keeping customers informed about new product ranges and identifying opportunities to close deals
  • Expanding our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships


The Offer


We offer a competitive salary of €32,000, 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme. You will also receive relocation support and enjoy a 25% to 50% discount on our products.



Requirements



  • Language ability: fluency in Greek and English, plus one additional language (Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Polish) to a business level
  • Location: full-time office role at our Barcelona office
  • Driver's licence: current driver's licence required
