About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our Pallecon Portfolio team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional back-office support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business functions, systems, and products to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complex issues with minimal delay, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and competence.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels, and implement action plans to drive results.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, conducting root-cause analysis to prevent problems.
  • Manage end-to-end audit processes for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of customers' operations, supply chain flows, and needs to provide tailored support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer debt and provide support for bad debt resolution.
  • Provide analytical data and support on specific account queries, identifying customer issues and developing solutions.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and account balances accurately in our systems.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams via systems (Salesforce, SAP) or email.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of business experience, with a minimum of 2 years in customer service or support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with a commitment to customer focus and strong listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-initiator and results-driven, with a detail-oriented and team-player mindset.
  • Fluency in French and Italian, with a desirable additional European language.
