Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide back-office support to our clients, including collaboration, teamwork, and communication to resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Drive improvements in customer experience by identifying and implementing solutions that create value.
* Actively work to understand our clients' business functions, systems, and products to deliver high-quality service.
* Ensure the investigation and resolution of customer inquiries and complex issues with minimal delay.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels.
* Manage end-to-end audit processes for our clients.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients' operations, supply chain flows, and needs.
* Ensure no overdue debt from clients and provide support for bad debt resolution.
* Provide analytical data and support on specific account queries.
* Resolve invoicing and pricing queries, and raise credit notes and manual invoices as needed.
* Manage and maintain customer databases and account balances accurately in our systems.
* Provide administrative support to internal teams via systems or email.
Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration or business-related studies.
* 2-3 years of business experience.
* Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organisation and prioritization skills.
* Dealing with ambiguity.
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Commitment to customer focus with strong listening and account management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Self-initiator and results-driven.
* Detail-oriented and a team player.
Language Requirements
* Essential: French and Italian.
* Desirable: Any additional European language.
Preferred Education
Degree and equivalent - Business Education.
Preferred Level of Work Experience
3-5 years.
