Customer Success Manager

At ServiceNow, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their business goals through our innovative technology and exceptional customer support. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and increased footprint.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to promote customer success stories and processes, and ensure customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services, experience resolving issues through analysis, and experience working collaboratively.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
  • German speaking.
