Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Support Associate with Spanish, CS Andon Expert at Amazon, you will be part of a diverse and multicultural team that provides world-class support to our global partners. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customers' issues, conducting investigations of stock, collaborating with various business and development teams, and coaching delivery.
About the Role:
Amazon strives to provide an exceptional customer experience, and as a member of the Seller Support team, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will work closely with Sellers and Vendors to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide solutions that help them better serve their customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Coach Sellers and Vendors on best practices and process improvements
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
About the Team:
The CS Andon detection is owned by the Andon Cord Program Team (ACPT) in the WW Customer Service organization. As a CS Andon investigation associate, you will be responsible for managing investigations, replicating reported defects, and coaching Sellers to prevent repeat issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: High School qualification required as a minimum
- Language: Proficiency (C1/C2 level) in English and Spanish
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
