We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Account Executive to join our team at Microsoft Corporation. As a key member of our SMC organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, identifying their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive value and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage the full potential of Microsoft's cloud offerings and deliver innovative sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

This challenging yet rewarding role offers the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers within our customers' organizations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative selling and account management
  • Leverage Microsoft's cloud solutions to address complex customer challenges and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in German language
