About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Sales Professional. As a key player in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range, you will work directly with independent retail outlets like toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English and French, plus ONE of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.

The Role:

As a Strategic Sales Professional, you will work on behalf of one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers, known for their passion in creating the best toy soldiers. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year.

Location:

This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A third-level qualification (degree etc.).
