Enterprise Account Executive

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Scarlet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-value customer relationships to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborating with customer solutions engineering to conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals that align with our ambitious goals and targets
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in a B2B environment, preferably within a regulated industry
- Deep customer empathy and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders
- Successful experience closing complex high-value contracts
- Unrivalled communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
