About SATLANTIS

SATLANTIS is a leading company in the Remote Sensing/Aerospace industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager International to join our team. As a Sales Manager International, you will be responsible for performing sales and business development activities in different regions of the world, under the direction of the Head of Business Development and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and footprint targets within assigned regions.
  • Analyse regional markets to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in compliance with company strategies.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of a comprehensive business plan to achieve company's revenue and footprint targets within the Region.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to build new solutions driving product development and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships in the region, updating the customer relations management database.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Between 2-5 years of experience in direct sales or account managing environments in the field of Remote Sensing/Aerospace, with a demonstrated record of revenue success.
  • Background in the Aerospace sector (Space segment preferred) and experience in an International environment for APAC, LATAM & AFRICA regions.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and execution in B2B and B2G environments.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages such as French will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • A good technological, sales, and marketing understanding.
  • International and multidisciplinary work team experience is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
