About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Management Events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and filter potential new customers to build a strong client portfolio.
  • Initiating Contact: Establish relationships with potential new customers through targeted outreach and communication.
  • Qualifying Customers: Evaluate potential customers to determine their suitability for our services.
  • Solution Selling: Provide tailored solutions to customer needs, highlighting the value of our meetings with C-level decision-makers.
  • Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals, building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to achieve common goals and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills, with additional European languages an advantage.
  • Proven track record of B2B service sales.
  • Passionate about reaching targets and driving results.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to attract new potential clients.
  • Consultative sales skills, great argumentation skills, and the ability to listen.
  • Great social and co-operative skills.
  • High energy level and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and grow with the company.
