Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our team at Kantar. As a key member of our shopper-centric team, you will play a crucial role in repositioning our tool and maintaining its growth rate.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement business plans for clients and assigned solutions with your responsible manager.
- Provide new business to the Worldpanel division of Kantar through commercial negotiations and prospecting with current and potential clients.
- Develop, manage, present, and follow up on technical proposals requested by clients and prospects.
- Analyze and present data for department solutions.
- Train clients (internal and external) to improve the performance of our tool.
- Analyze the monthly budget situation in terms of sales and actions, to inform and correct deviations.
Required Competencies
- Database management skills.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Organizational and planning capacity.
- Analysis and synthesis of knowledge.
- Dynamic, customer-oriented, and high negotiation capacity.
- Proactivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4/5 years of experience in client management.
- Experience in consumer panel analysis or retail analysis.
- Experience in the Trade/Shopper area of consulting companies or FMCG companies.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
