About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Loftus Bradford Executive Search S.L. As a key member of our Search Team, you will be responsible for leading the engagement and assessment of candidates for our clients' most senior and retained searches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted search strategies to identify top talent aligned with our clients' specific needs.
  • Utilize exceptional ability to engage, motivate, and influence passive candidates to secure the best-suited candidates for our clients.
  • Exercise strong judgment in evaluating candidates and determining their suitability for the search process.
  • Establish credibility with senior executives and ensure the selection of the best-suited candidates who meet our clients' talent needs and are likely to accept an offer.
  • Gather market intelligence and insights to present a consultative view of the talent market, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in executive search or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Exceptional ability to build trust and establish credibility with clients and candidates.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Highly developed business development acumen, with the ability to generate business leads and contribute to the growth of our firm.
  • Resilience and bias to action attitude, with the ability to handle complex and senior executive search assignments.
