About the Role

As a member of our Search Team at Loftus Bradford Executive Search, you will lead the engagement and assessment of candidates across the company's most senior and retained searches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex and high-priority talent needs through exceptional ability to engage, motivate, and influence passive candidates.
  • Select the best candidates to approach and progress through the process, utilizing strong judgment and expertise.
  • Approach clients' talent needs with creativity and influence internal and external stakeholders' understanding of the talent pool.
What You Will Achieve
  • Excel in strategic talent evaluation, assessing client talent requirements and devising targeted search strategies.
  • Successfully identify and acquire top talent aligned with clients' specific needs.
  • Leverage innovative approaches to engage and attract high-calibre senior passive candidates.
  • Establish credibility with senior executives and ensure the selection of the best-suited candidates who meet clients' talent needs and are likely to accept an offer.
Requirements
  • Resilience and bias to action attitude, handling complex and senior executive search assignments.
  • Client-focused mindset, delivering exceptional results on behalf of clients.
  • Influential communicator, presenting information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Project management proficiency, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment, consistently making sound decisions when evaluating candidates.
  • Business development acumen, generating business leads for our Client Services team.
