**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Listings Agent to join our team in Barcelona. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for listing properties, managing client relationships, and driving business development in the assigned area.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Barcelona's key areas to effectively list properties.
- Collect and verify all required property documentation, ensuring company commission policies are in place.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
- Drive business development in the assigned area, identifying potential properties to list, networking, and maintaining a strong CRM.
- Stay up-to-date with commercial requirements and activity, ensuring personal databases are accurate and aligned with company goals.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Barcelona's key areas.
- In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional presence, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
- Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international team.
- Proactive attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours.
