Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated sales territory using a multi-touch engagement approach, including cold calls, email outreach, and participation in industry events
  • Sales Pipeline Management
    • Manage a sales pipeline consisting of leads generated from both inbound and outbound channels, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Provision
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a deep understanding of each prospect's business challenges and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to fulfill their objectives
  • Relationship Building and Negotiation
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert
    • Drive negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, leveraging your expertise and persuasive skills to secure profitable business agreements
