About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at FIS Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual quota targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers at corporate clients
  • Identify prospect needs and design effective sales solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline within the territory
  • Conduct business in a profitable and ethical manner
Requirements
  • Proven track record in software sales, with prior experience selling enterprise deals at executive-level
  • Prior experience selling to corporate clients, with knowledge of the Credit & Collections / Receivables industry or Shared Service Center Organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
  • Strong contacts and references within the industry and territory
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
