Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing the performance of our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the field sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop the team's skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align the value proposition with customer needs.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and sales targets at both team and individual levels.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and present them to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams, ideally in a high-growth company (technology or hospitality industry) or in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated skills in team management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Experience in implementing sales enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
