Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team. As a Market Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the electronics industry.
  2. Business Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the electronics industry.
  3. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  4. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  5. Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on business development, market analysis, and product development.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
