Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E; Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive solution programs that drive market, sales, and profit growth within the IP&E; business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Determine, develop, and scale successful solution programs that accelerate market growth and increase sales within the IP&E; business segment.
  2. Business Strategy: Conduct business strategy activities, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning, to support the development of comprehensive solution programs.
  3. Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, new product development, and product management activities that support the IP&E; business segment.
  4. Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities, and evaluate and recommend supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.
  5. Communication and Training: Develop and execute communication programs and materials to support business development, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs to drive increased market share and visibility.
  6. Customer Engagement: Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities, and build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
  2. IP&E; Experience: Must have experience in IP&E; technologies and business.
  3. Business Strategy: Must have experience in engineering and business strategy, including market & customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).
  4. Language Skills: Fluently in writing and spoken English, and Spanish language skills (native or C1).
  5. Other Requirements: Strong sales skills, full driving license, and readiness for business travel.
