Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Engineer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business strategies, and maintain relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market research, and strategic planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and collaborators, and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Business Development StrategiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales plans, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Client and Partner RelationshipsMaintain and develop relationships with clients and partners, including organizing meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
CRM System ManagementManage the CRM system to track client and market information, including updating contact information, tracking sales interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Commercial Offer DevelopmentDevelop commercial offers that meet the needs of clients and partners, including creating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Project Requirements AnalysisAnalyze the requirements of commercial projects, including identifying project scope, timelines, and budgets, and developing project plans to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning, preferably in the healthcare engineering sector.
EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with a Master's degree in a technical discipline or Business Administration.
SkillsAdvanced English language skills, with good level of German a plus. Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, committed with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization. Self-directed and able to tackle new projects and ideas. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
