About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Business Engineer to join our team at Institute Of It Trainings. As an IT Business Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our offerings and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Participate in defining sales strategy and create and develop a customer portfolio from A to Z, including commercial prospecting for key accounts, SMEs, and Startups.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct customer meetings (C-level) and understand customer needs, submitting proposals and participating in project presentations.
  • Project Management: Business and technical follow-up of projects in progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduated from an Engineering or Business School.
  • Experience: A first experience in business development is expected.
  • Language: Native English proficiency is required.

What We Offer:

  • Remuneration: A gross annual salary of 35-40K€ + variable pay based on contracts signed and the number of customer meetings (uncapped variable).
  • Benefits: Public transport paid at 50%.
