Job Opportunity: IT Business Engineer

Noveo, a leading international group, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Business Engineer to join our Madrid office. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented individual to participate in the development of our offerings for key accounts, SMEs, and startups.

As an IT Business Engineer, you will be responsible for defining sales strategies, creating and developing customer portfolios, conducting customer meetings, and submitting proposals. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and experienced project managers to achieve our goals.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering or business, who is eager to move into a position as a Business Engineer in the IT sector. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to develop your skills in sales, and be comfortable with both technical and business aspects.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic, proactive, and inquisitive personality, with a keen interest in playing a part in the company's development. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding internship, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in defining sales strategies
  • Create and develop customer portfolios
  • Conduct customer meetings and understand needs
  • Submit proposals and participate in project presentations
  • Business and technical follow-up of projects in progress
Requirements:
  • Native English language skills
  • Strong background in engineering or business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop skills in sales
  • Comfortable with both technical and business aspects
What We Offer:
