Job SummaryWe are seeking an IT Business Engineer to join our team in Madrid, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for key accounts, SMEs, and startups in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Participate in defining sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Customer Acquisition: Create and develop a customer portfolio from scratch, including commercial prospecting and relationship-building with key accounts, SMEs, and startups.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct high-level customer meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proposal Development: Submit proposals and participate in project presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Project Management: Provide business and technical support for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or Business from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT sector.
- Native English language skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A dynamic, proactive, and inquisitive personality, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
