Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E; Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive solution programs that drive market, sales, and profit growth within the IP&E; business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Determine, develop, and scale successful solution programs that accelerate market growth and increase sales within the IP&E; business segment.
- Business Strategy: Conduct business strategy activities, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning, to support the development of comprehensive solution programs.
- Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, new product development, and product management activities that support the IP&E; business segment.
- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities, and evaluate and recommend supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.
- Communication and Training: Develop and execute communication programs and materials to support business development, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs to drive increased market share and visibility.
- Customer Engagement: Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities, and build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
- IP&E; Experience: Must have experience in IP&E; technologies and business.
- Business Strategy: Must have experience in engineering and business strategy, including market & customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).
- Language Skills: Fluently in writing and spoken English, and Spanish language skills (native or C1).
- Other Requirements: Strong sales skills, full driving license, and readiness for business travel.
