Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a talented Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our IP&E business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our assigned market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IP&E market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned market segments, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market development plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs to drive increased market share and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or Product management.
  • Experience in IP&E - must have.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Fluently in writing and spoken English language skills.
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1).
