Job Description

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and sales within the IP&E business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to accelerate sales and profit growth within the IP&E segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive increased market share and visibility.
  • Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or Product management.
  • Experience in IP&E - must have.
  • Experience in engineering and business strategy - market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis) - must have.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel - must have.
  • English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1).
  • Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Track record in delivering results in market/segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in business-to-business industry.
  • Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology.
  • Demonstration of project/team leadership, and collaboration skills.
