Job Title: Market Development Engineer IP&E

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a Market Development Engineer IP&E, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales and revenue performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions
  • Experience in IP&E
  • Experience in engineering and business strategy – market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis)
  • Strong sales skills
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel
  • English language skills – fluently in writing and spoken
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1)
