Commercial Director for Haematology Business Development

The Haematology Commercial Associate Director Spain is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Haematology business in Spain. This role involves leading the country Commercial Haematology team and driving business activities aligned with performance goals of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing the country commercial strategy for the Haematology business in alignment with the International Commercial strategic objectives
• Shaping and building the Haematology organization by hiring and setting the country vision
• Leading the commercial haematology field team and understanding the value drivers of Vertex
• Launching Vertex's first investigational genetic therapy for hemoglobinopathies in Spain
• Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of key physicians and haematology centres to ensure their needs are being met
• Maintaining an awareness of external factors impacting the Haematology business
Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of the Haematology market and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
