About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential transformation deals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales solutions

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in a complex consulting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive results-oriented sales strategies

About You

You are a self-aware, self-starter with a passion for sales and business development. You have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and are able to establish strong relationships with clients and partners. You are a skilled influencer and are able to drive sales growth in a solutions-selling environment.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for identifying high-potential transformation deals and developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners and collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales solutions.
