Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing partner pipelines, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner pipelines to identify new business opportunities and drive successful deal closure.
- Understand the partner market and competition to evaluate reseller interest and create loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive partner competencies and certification in business units.
- Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events, and programs to drive revenue.
- Work closely with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and closure.
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities to review and propose ROI.
- Attend country partner events to meet key partners and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Bilingual or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English.
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with channel programs and excellent negotiation management skills.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
- Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time/work prioritization.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals.
What We Offer:
- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00.
- Salary 21,100 euros gross/year + up to 4,300 euros gross/year in bonus.
