Job Description

BauWatch Group is a leading provider of temporary security solutions in Europe, with a strong presence in the construction and civil engineering industry. As a Key Account Manager - Construction, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction sector.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector
  • Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies, including residential and industrial sectors
  • Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities, such as giving company presentations and attending trade fairs
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Attend to customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and nurture new and existing customers, and enter into partnerships by building and maintaining own relationship network
  • Follow up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch
  • Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market
  • Support sales team in acquisition of new customers by following up on marketing leads
Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing key accounts and taking responsibility for achieving growth targets
  • Strong and credible relationships with key decision-makers in the market
  • Highly goal-oriented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong B2B sales experience and ability to prospect and manage high-level relationships
  • Friendly team player with ability to be an active part of a fast-growing team
  • Customer focus with ability to listen to customer needs and adapt working method accordingly
  • Motivated and target-driven with ability to go the extra mile to achieve goals
  • Independent with ability to carry out own work properly and solve problems without supervision
  • Quality-oriented with commitment to achieving and maintaining intended quality
  • Flexibility with ability to adapt to changing environment and working methods
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, as well as good numerical, analytical, and logical skills
