- Creating comprehensive documentation on sales motion design and maintaining resources outlining roles and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in GTM strategy and ops leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry. They should possess an in-depth understanding of GTM functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven insights. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills are also required.
