Senior Sales Executive

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at FIS. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts to meet and exceed annual quota targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing accounts.
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships at all decision levels.
- Designing and implementing a sales strategy to include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development, and closing.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline within the territory.
- Conducting business in a profitable and ethical manner.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in software sales.
- Prior experience selling enterprise deals at executive-level.
- Experience in the energy sector and familiarity with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
- Strong contacts and references within the industry and territory highly preferred.
- Team player with a demonstrable ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.
- Ability to travel within assigned region.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
