Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Partnerships
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Partnerships Sales Team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting new partners for our rapidly expanding solutions. You will also be responsible for onboarding new partners, reporting on progress against plan, and expanding existing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new partners for our solutions
  • Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration process
  • Report on progress against plan and ensure agreed targets are met
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals
  • Fluent Spanish and a business level of English
  • First-class communication skills and ability to win people over
