Software Sales and Business Development Manager in Malaga Spain

Job Description: As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing strong relationships with our customers and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business opportunities and maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential
- Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, and Solution Specialists to drive alignment and teamwork
- Monitor pipeline performance, collect feedback, and update stakeholders on closure and support close plan execution
- Promote customer wins to partner sell and introduce partners to local TCM
- Analyze performance indicators and run rates of pipeline, including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment. You must possess a native-level proficiency in Norwegian and fluency in English (B2). A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is also required.

Estimated Salary Range: €65,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
